Your experience is our priority. We understand that plans change. We ask that you provide us with 48-hour notice. In addition, should Partner's Passengers need to adjust scheduling, we will reach out to you and ensure your plans are not impacted.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead of your pickup time so we can plan everything out just right. That said, if you're in a last-minute situation, reach out — we'll do our best to make it work. The earlier you book, the better your chances of locking in your preferred date and time.

All Partner's Passengers packages are designed for groups of up to 5 guests. Whether it's a couple, a family, a friend group, or a small executive team — if you're five or fewer, you've got the whole vehicle to yourselves. No strangers, no shared rides, no surprises.

You'll be riding in a clean, comfortable, well-maintained van — spacious enough for your group and your luggage. Think climate control, plush seating, bottled water on board, and a driver who actually enjoys the company. It's not a stretch limo, but it's a whole lot more personal than a rideshare.

Absolutely. We're based in Las Vegas but our experiences take you well beyond the Strip. Current destinations include Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire State Park, Hoover Dam, and Boulder City. If you have a specific destination in mind that's not listed, just ask — we love a good conversation about possibilities.

Gratuity is never required, but always appreciated. If Mike made you smile, helped with your bags, pointed you to the best taco spot off the Strip, or just made the ride feel like the best part of your trip — feel free to show the love. 100% of any tip goes directly to your driver.

We have room for about 10 regular sized luggages.
